Giliam Breems is an Oracle APEX consultant (Qualogy) with more than 15 years of experience in the Oracle Database (SQL and PLSQL) and is now-a-days specialised in Oracle APEX. He became an Oracle ACE member in 2023 and is member of the APEX World committee (nlOUG), organises meetups and is a speaker on national and international conferences (APEX World, HrOUG and Kscope).
