Digital transformation means transforming an organization based on the digital technology implemented by people. It is often forgotten that digitization and any automation by technology is being implemented by the people who are the most responsible for its successful implementation. This paper presents the challenges, problems and solutions of digital transformation of basic corporate processes based on their own ideas and the development of employees of a large organization such as HEP Group.

I work in croatian national electricity company (HEP Ltd) as solution architect since 1999. I'm regular speaker at various Oracle conferences as HrOUG, SrOUG and even Oracle Open World, as well at various electrical energy conferences and symposia.
Zoran Frlan, coauthor
Zoran Frlan is employed in a HEP dd in IT department as application developer. Most of the time developing dynamic web applications in various technologies, such as .NET, Flex, angularJS.
Domagoj Petelin, coauthor
I am Domagoj Petelin, I come from Osijek. I have graduated from the now named Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology in Osijek, study of Process Computing. I am employed at HEP d.d. in the Sector of Informatics and Telecommunication. I work with Oracle technologies, BI, and web technologies(.NET).
Matija Zaležak, coauthor
Matija Zaležak - dolazim iz Vukovara, diplomirao sam na Elektrotehničkom fakultetu Osijek, smjer Procesno Računarstvo. Nakon kratkog rada kao sistemaš, trenutno sam zaposlen u HEP d.d. Sektoru za informatiku i telekomunikacije. Radim sa Oracle tehnologijama (ADF) i na bazama podataka (PLSQL).
