I prove that even in a contemporary world of cloud databases we have to care about data modeling. I'll show some examples from 70 Tb DWH on AWS Redshift how by changing data model we reduced DWH costs twice and get rid of extra nodes in the cluster. I'll show a lot of examples from Google Big Query, Snowflake and Redshift which uses DBMS unique features and make DWH extremely fast. The presentation is in Top-5 presentations in huge russian event Russian Internet technologies conference 2019.
