Patrick has been using the Oracle Database for over 20 years, starting as a developer before migrating towards Database Administration.He is based in Hong Kong where he is a co-founder of the Hong Kong Oracle User Group and he blogs at jolliffe.hk. Patrick is an Oracle ACE and has presented at usergroup conferences in Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, India and Norway and also at HOTSOS Symposium.
