Niall is an Oracle ACE and a PL/SQL and APEX expert who has been using PL/SQL web technologies since 1995 and Oracle APEX since 2005. Niall has developed a number of large, multilingual applications for multinational companies and organisations all over the world. Several of these receive tens of millions of views per year. Niall is a strong believer in APEX solutions because of their stability, scalability, and rapid development speed. He is the organiser of the Swiss Oracle APEX Meetup group and has presented conferences on APEX, Oracle Multimedia, Oracle Text, and also on his experiences with the conception, design, development and implementation of large Oracle APEX projects.
