Practical application of historization concepts

Traceability and transparency are customer requirements that are being mentioned more and more frequently.A central concept for meeting these requirements is the historization of data. This makes it possible to trace both the content and the time of data modifications.In this talk I will present different approaches to perform historization within the Oracle Database. I will show how to develop a history mechanism yourself, how to use the Oracle Flashback Data Archive technology and how to display the tracked data changes in APEX.By attending this talk, the audience will gain a good overview of possible technical approaches to historization and take away some practical tips for their everyday development work.
