TICKET PRICES:

• Regular ticket = 650,00 € (4897,43 kn) + VAT.

• Regular ticket for the HrOUG members = 585,00 € (4407,68) + VAT.

• One Day ticket = 400,00 € (3013,80 kn) + VAT.

• Ticket for the accompanying person = 250,00 € (1883,63 kn) + VAT.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR TICKET PRICING:

- EARLY BIRD TICKET PRICES => Valid for all tickets paid prior to 31.8. -10% off regular price

- REGULAR TICKET PRICES => Valid for all tickets paid between 1.9. and 30.9.

- LATE BIRD TICKET PRICES => Valid for all tickets paid after 30.9. +10% on regular price

Tickets can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card.

ONE DAY TICKET ALLOWS:

• Access to all lectures and workshops for one day of your choice
• Lunch and dinner for one day of your choice
• Drink with dinner and lunches at the self-service bar in the hotel restaurant
• Access to evening entertainment  for one day of your choice
• Transportation by boat to Red Island and back (according to schedules)
• conference materials
• gift from the organizers

TICKET FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSON ALLOWS:

DISCOUNTS:

• HrOUG Members (Legal persons) are entitled to one free ticket or two if they have paid double the membership fee
• HrOUG Members are entitled to a 10% discount (except for tickets for accompanying persons)
• For all Companies that pay for 10 tickets, the 11th ticket is free.

ACCOMMODATION: !!!! THERE ARE NO MORE ROOMS IN THE HOTEL ON THE ISLAND !!!!

Conference hotel Istra at St. Andrew Island is full.

If you decide to participate in the conference, you have two options:

- find accommodation on your own and use free boat transport from and to the island

- be in contact with our official Turist agency One Travel ([email protected]) to see if someone canceled their accommodation or if they can find accommodation for you in Rovinj. Agreements with Maistra Hotels regarding alternative accommodation are in the final phase.

CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION / CHANGE OF PARTICIPANTS:
If you cancel your participation until 30.9. the organizer will refund you 50% of the amount paid for the tickets

If you cancel your participation after 1.10. the organizer does not return paid.

Swap of the participant name (in order for the new participant to have all the necessary accreditations) is possible until

IMPORTANT REMARKS:

ANSWERS TO FAQ:

1. SHARING ONE TICKET (ONE PARTICIPANT USES A TICKET FOR ONE PART OF THE CONFERENCE, AND SECOND PART OF THE CONFERENCE ANOTHER PARTICIPANT.

2. Last year we were warned by the hotel that they will not tolerate situations in which a PARTICIPANT BOOK SINGLE ROOM AND IN ROOM IS  MORE THAN ONE PERSON. 

3. ACCOMPANYING PERSON IS  NOT A YOUR FRIEND FROM THE COMPANY., BUT your spouse or girlfriend/boyfriend.
