HrOUG Conference is known for high-quality lectures and workshops, which are presented by Oracle experts from all over the world. Every year, presentations are given by a large number of lecturers from the Oracle ACE program who are known as the best Oracle lecturers outside the Oracle company.

Also, this conference provides many opportunities to exchange experiences and connect with colleagues with similar interests. Participants can learn during lectures, after lectures in direct conversation with top lecturers, and after lectures in conversation with other participants from Croatia and abroad.

75% of the lectures are held in English. The conference is attended not only by participants from Croatia but also from Slovenia, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, and others.

Dates of the Conference

In its traditional term in mid-October (17th - 20th October), the HrOUG conference is organized in a city that is the pearl of the Croatian tourist offer. Beautiful Rovinj.

Call for Papers

Will be open from the 15th of March until the 15th of June. If you have a topic and want to share it with the HrOUG conference participants, it's time to start putting together an outline. To apply for a lecture, you only need to make a good summary, and you have the whole summer to prepare the paper :-))

Important dates for Program, Agenda & Registration for the conference

The conference program will be published by July 1. More lectures will be added to the program as they arrive.

The agenda of the conference will be published on September 1.

Blind bird, as well as room reservations in the hotel, will be from 15.7. 15.8.,

Early bird will be from 16.8. - 15.9., and after that standard registration without discounts.

HrOUG conference content

This year, the HrOUG conference is held one month after Oracle CloudWorld, so it is expected that at HrOUG, all the news that Oracle presented at its biggest Event in the USA, where all news is traditionally announced, will be presented.

On the first day, HrOUG will host the Oracle EMEA Tour, in which Oracle "rock star" lecturers give lectures on Oracle's current topics.

This year, we are also expecting excellent lecturers from the Oracle ACE program who come to us every year with excellent lectures and who are voted by conference participants as the best lecturers at the conference.

At the HrOUG conference, we expect lectures on the following topics for the group:

• Development and Middleware,
• APEX,
• Data analysis and AI,
• Strategy and innovation,
• Best practices and success stories

Of course, we are also preparing an excellent informal part for HrOUG in which you will be able to talk to colleagues from the profession in a relaxed atmosphere, but also listen to a good concert or popular stand-up show. The participants were never hungry or thirsty at HrOUG conferences, so we expect the same approach again this year.
